Who we are
CrewCode is an independent project run by Lukas Siemers in the United States. Questions about this policy or your data: crewcodesupport@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store your name, email address, the optional answer to “How do you build?”, and the time you joined. We use this only to send you early-access and launch emails about CrewCode. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Server logs
Our hosting and backend providers record technical data such as IP address, time, and requested page to keep the service secure and working.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, advertising, or analytics.
Service providers
- Supabase: database and backend functions that store waitlist signups. Data is stored in the United States (AWS us-east-1, N. Virginia).
- Google Fonts: your browser loads fonts from Google’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored in the United States.
How long we keep data
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or until we stop the early-access program.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing crewcodesupport@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
CrewCode is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
